How to Replace a New Flint

To replace the flint, simply push up the flint wheel head and pull it out. Unscrew the screw using a slotted screwdriver. After removing the spring, pour out the used flint and replace it with a new one. Finally, reassemble all the parts.

Adjusting Flame and Butane Refill

The bottom of the lighter can be used to adjust the flame size. Turning it to the left increases the flame, while turning it to the right decreases it. To refill the lighter with butane, please inject the butane 2-3 times vertically into the bottom of the lighter or the main gas inlet. Please be cautious and avoid any open flames while refilling.

Caution

• Please ensure the cap is closed tightly to prevent butane gas leakage.
• We highly recommend not lighting the lighter for more than 10 seconds each time to avoid overheating of the cap and flint.
• Do not mix different types of gas fuel to prevent ignition failure.
• Please release any remaining gas before refilling the lighter.
• Wait for about 3 minutes after refilling before using the lighter.
• If the flint wheel is too loose, you can adjust the tightening spring underneath by pulling out the flint wheel pole.
